No-nonsense Personal Advice!

Love Ms. Thompson's story of fighting "the battle of the bulge." Much of the book is common dietary sense, but her personal touch adds a level that will resonate with readers. I'm getting ready to send this to some family and friends I know will love it. Highly recommended!

I want to take the time to thank Kimberly Thompson. She shared her experiences with how she achieved her goals. As an African American woman I know it is not easy to lose weight and keep it off. I enjoyed reading about reaching her goals and many experiences. I took a chance on purchasing the book and now have many ideas and motivation to start step by step and knowing I am not alone. I have some health issues at this time and will take advantage of the book Thick to fit. My motto a few years back was to have good health and I do now. Next for this Year is a new beginning and good credit, lol and I am working on that. If not this year, by next year my goals will be to start with my thickness to becoming fit. Back into the gym and using my new guidelines. Everyday life is a struggle. It takes one step at a time, find your desired level and know you are not alone, no matter the health level. Bless you all......
